INTERFILIÈRE: A HOTBED OF TALENT!

As the only upstream trade show coinciding with September's fashion trade shows at Porte de Versailles, Interfilière makes the most of its unique position, taking advantage of these synergies to stand out from the crowd.

An international leader (70% of exhibitors and visitors travel from abroad) dedicated to the intimates and beachwear markets, Interfilière is a source of inspiration for all markets. A veritable trend-spotter, Interfilière distinguishes itself through the quality and creativity of its exhibitors, capable of offering innovations, ideas and originality to the industry as a whole, whether manufacturers, designers, stylists or retailers.

The newly-designed communication media, highlighting these strengths, aim to convey a positive and exciting image of a trade show offering an explosive mix of dynamism, creativity and conviviality: Interfilière is a focal point for networking and business, offering an unrivalled range of intimates and beachwear, combined with genuine fashion vision.

In these times of economic uncertainty, Interfilière works alongside manufacturers to accompany and assist them in their quest for business opportunities, to ensure that participating companies find this session effective and successful: in short, Interfilière promotes optimism!

A COMPREHENSIVE AND INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT RANGE!
300 exhibitors from 26 different countries are expected with 6 different sectors: Lace It (quintessential lace), Brod'Cust (all the magic of embroidery), Neoskin (the heart of the product range with knits, wovens, prints, embellishment), Access'Folies (a treasure trove of finishing touches: beads, braids, buttons, ribbons, hooks-and-eyes, bra-cups…), Hi'Tech (yarns, fibres and machines, the latest technologies that make all the difference) and Textile Designers.

NEW!
To round off the product range, Interfilière is joining forces with Mode City's "The Club made in Euromed" a new zone dedicated to Euromed production capacities (in France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Tunisia, etc.) specializing in intimates and beachwear.

EVERY BUYER IS A GUEST!
To take advantage of the synergies offered by the different trade shows, Interfilière and Mode City can be visited using the Fashion Pass, which provides access to all the trade shows. Its creation in 2008 was beneficial to Interfilière since the show gained a high proportion of international visitors.

Interfilière is the creative showcase of a dynamic upstream sector: lace and embroidery, wovens, knits and prints, fibres, yarns and machines, trims, beads, braids, buttons, ribbons... adapted to suit the market's needs and innovations for over 20 years, Interfilière's two key buzzwords are expertise and quality.

INITIATING TRENDS, TRANSLATING MARKETS:
INTERFILIÈRE IS THE FOCAL POINT FOR TOMORROW'S FASHION!

From the upstream to the downstream sectors, a veritable chain of activities are represented at Interfilière: from the trends guide to the Forums, tracking down information to Speakers' corner, speed meetings and B-to-B meetings, Interfilière is present at all these key stages in search of excellence.

FASHION EXPERTISE : INTERFILIÈRE, A VISIONARY TRADE SHOW
Ever on the look out for the latest trends, each new session of Interfilière confirms its position as a unique source of inspiration, where creativity and technical prowess, know-how and fabrics innovation come together to translate and anticipate tomorrow's fashion trends.

THE "EVOLUTION" GUIDE
Created by Concepts Paris, it is the starting point for the trends which enable exhibitors to take part in the General and Beachwear Forums. The "Evolution" guide and its colour range are sent out as soon as companies register for the show.
In addition to exploring the season's key themes, it offers marketing information on the principle directions influencing consumption and markets. On sale from the first day of the show, it can be purchased in advance exclusively on June 18th at Interfilière Evolution Days

THE GENERAL FORUM: "LET'S GO SLOW"
Highlighting the Winter 2010/11 collections, it enjoys a central position in hall 2. A platform of expression for exhibitors who show off the very best of their collections through the following themes:
Doll's House: colours, freshness, humour and all the charm of effervescent and energetic combinations.
Cottage crafts: where a "hand-made" feel lends an extra dose of spirituality and humanity.
Strange & beautiful: the luxury of bold contrasts, somewhere between organic sensuality and technical precision.
Soft Architecture: volumes, structures and a graphic spirit sketch out a new version of simplicity.
Jos Berry, Director of Concepts Paris, will give a daily trends presentation with a sneak preview at 3.00pm on June 18th at Interfilière Evolution Days

SPEAKERS' CORNER
Going from strength to strength with each new session, this informationoriented and laid-back area at the heart of the General Forum has gained a loyal following of professionals who come to decode future trends and enhance their knowledge of the sector.

PLACING BEACHWEAR IN THE SPOTLIGHT : THE BEACH INNOVATION FORUM
The proximity of beachwear brands exhibiting at Mode City makes beachwear fabrics a key focal point of Interfilière's September session, offering buyers a sneak preview of the first products in the Summer 2011 collections:
Carvico, E.Boselli & C, Eurojersey, Gruppo Moda Estilmar, Liantex, Lior, MG Création, Miroglio, Mokitex, Piave Maitex, Tess.Taiana Virgilio, Textra, Wegal Tricotel...
A specific Forum is devoted to them at the heart of hall 3, a space dedicated to innovative fabrics and prototypes, produced with the support of the sector's particularly creative and innovative exhibitors.
With the majority specializing in beachwear, Textile Designers covers all the activities involved in textile design and creation.

MARKET-RELATED EXPERTISE : INTERFILIÈRE BOOSTS NETWORKING
Continually developing its marketing services with regard to exhibitors and buyers, Interfilière organizes several types of operation:

B-TO-B MEETINGS
Targeted, made-to-measure B-to-B meetings, organized ahead of the show, in order to accelerate networking between buyers on the look out for suppliers and exhibitors aiming to track down new clients. Participating countries: the Baltic States, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Russia.
On the one hand, the service saves buyers time by optimizing their show visit; while exhibitors benefit from guaranteed return on investment thanks to selective meetings, organized in accordance with criteria specified by the companies involved.
In addition to customer recruitment, organizing meetings, personalized and individual accompaniment to stands and a free interpreter, Interfilière provides both parties with expertise in foreign markets and allows them to take advantage of its continually updated database of high-calibre contacts.

SPEED-MEETINGS
Launched in January, the speed-meeting concept proved highly successful. Organized around a country with good business potential, the format puts exhibitors looking to develop in a given market in touch with buyers: highspeed networking opportunities designed to promote new commercial exchanges.
In line with its goal of optimal performance, Interfilière bends over backwards for its VIPs, offering a host of additional services:
- Queue-free VIP access
- Free cloakroom at the show entrance
- Exclusive access to Interfilière's attractive and laid-back VIP Lounge, for relaxing between appointments or work meetings
- Free exhibitor catalogue (one per company) available on request in Interfilière's VIP Lounge
- Concierge services to meet any requirements
- Free Internet access
Finally, Interfilière has put together a series of "top travel tips" for exhibitors and visitors with competitively-priced hotel and flight packages.
