This is the eternal story of an artist who falls in love with his creation ... No one in the real life can match this perfection that he created with his own hands. The work that came out of his imagination meets all his expectations.

For days and nights, in full lockdown, Farhad Re cuts the triple organza of silk in a virginal whiteness. The contours appear delicately, and Pygmalion / Farhad applies himself to carving a light, sculptural, architectural silhouette. No less than 500 meters of organza were needed to create the 15 dresses of the collection.

Behind the opacity of the material looms the grace of the woman as seen by Farhad Re and whom he calls Galatea, with skin white as milk, and with whom Pygmalion fell in love ... The purity of renewal, of freedom, of letting go - after all these months of lockdownis also found in the perfectly mastered and hand-shaped geometric shapes that form each dress. An invitation to dreamlike escape, but also to transform the lines of the silhouette like this long chiseled coat, enveloping, comforting, in which we want snuggle up

Very attached to the very essence of freedom through his personal history - the mother of the artist of Persian origin fled her country to regain the freedom to think and dress as she sees fit -, Farhad revisits the myth of Pygmalion by giving wings to his Galatea to make her discover the world. A real desire to share this need for the absolute, this quest for the sublime, this inclination to shape in the loved one a soul mate.

Bademode, welche durch einzigartiges, künstlerisches Design besticht. Die Swimwear von marlies | dekkers feiert die Diversität von Frauen und deren Körpern. Mit der Kollektion der niederländischen Designerin verwandelt jede Frau den Strand in ihren ganz persönlichen Laufsteg.

Die Cache Coeur Kollektion ist stylisch und verführerisch. Der ozeanblaue Badeanzug ist mit minimalistischen Verzierungen wie Schleifen versehen. Das klassiche, dezente Modell vereint Stil mit Tragekomfort und gibt dem Po extra Halt beim strutting durch den strahlenden Sonnenschein. Die Farbgebung ist inspiriert durch die zauberhafte blaue Lagune in Island. Satin-Bänder finden Einsatz in den schmeichelhaften Materialien, welche die Kurven sanft umhüllen - schimmernde Seiteneinsätze an der Taille betonen die Hüfte während das Bustier die Brust formt. Goldene Einsätze schmücken die breiten Träger des Badeanzugs.

Die Badeanzüge der Holi Vintage Kollektion verkörpern Eleganz mit Komfort. Der dezent strukturierte Streifen-Look aus Jacquard-Stoff entführt zurück in 60er Jahre. Marlies Inspiration hierfür war die Geschichte Indiens. Die Designerin vereint ihre Faszination für die sinnlichen Lieder der Dichter-Prinzessin Mirabai mit dem traditionellen Holi Festival des Landes in den Nuancen der Bathingsuits. Die Schwimmkollektion ist für alle, welche die feinen Dinge im Leben schätzen.

In der glamourösen Starboard Kollektion setzen Sie die Segel in Richtung Sternenhimmel! Bei diesem Style steht das nautische Flair im Vordergrund: die klassische rot-weiß-blaue Farbkombination, die süßen Seemanns-Schleifen, die verspielten Streifen-Details zwischen den geschickt versteckten Körbchen. Wunderschönes schmeichelhaftes Design, aus unterstützendem Stretch-Stoff konstruiert, um der Figur eine tolle Form zu verleihen. For his first fashion week collection as creative director of Leonard, designer Georg Lux is transporting the Leonard woman away from the everyday and into a glamorous world of beauty, refinement, and sensuality. Where elegance is achieved through ease of movement, and impact comes in the form of striking geometric and sophisticated floral prints that speak to a woman confident in her own skin.

Inspired by the 1976 Claude Chabrol film "Folies Bourgeoises", the collection references both the Art Deco mise-en-scène elements of the film but also the era in which it was made. Two decades known for their boundary pushing exuberant celebration of freedom, where self-expression and seduction go hand in hand. It is a collection with a view to a future where the currently suppressed desire for endless movable feasts will once again see the light of day when the world can finally fete its rebirth. Clothing created to dance the night away and raise a glass to the dawning of a new age of splendor.

This sumptuousness is perfectly expressed in the collection's striking silver leather herringbone motif coat embellished with gray and white feathers, and lined in this season's geometric print. But also in a lurex and silk gown of devoured pink and gold leopard velvet, and a taffeta cape in an abstract floral motif that is elevated by a handmade moire effect. All of them seductive statement pieces designed to honor the artisanal hands of French Maisons like Février, Legeron and the M.P.L. (Manufacture de Peausserie de Luxe) that Leonard turned to help bring Lux's unique vision to life.

The reintroduction of the Leonard man into the brand's narrative points to another avenue of self-expression the house is exploring. One where Art Deco printed silk satin pyjama pieces look right at home on whichever gender. This underlines a modern understanding of menswear that doesn't conform to outdated concepts of masculinity and offers men the option to stand out in their own right. Where gender codes of the past are démodé and the Leonard man of today is confident enough to proclaim his desire to be the center of attention.

The "Beyond Midnight" collection is a celebration of after dark dressing. Clothing designed to move with languid ease from a soiree ballroom to the boudoir. Evenings where people intertwine, lock eyes and sway to the rhythm of the night. Spellbound by the beauty of it all and the appreciation of its fleeting perfection.

The company has presented its collection for FW2122 at NYFW as a film for the first time.

Faithful to this seasonal event, Custo Barcelona has revealed its latest proposals for the upcoming season in the FDLA platform for New York Fashion Week, on this occasion as a fun-filled audio-visual piece.

The different looks of the collection for FW2122 are revealed in this transgressive film which offers a deliriously festive atmosphere recalling other happier times we all long for. Powerful women looking for fun without restrictions, finding themselves in unexpected situations with a dreamlike, surrealist touch. A proposal filled with comic episodes, inspired by the silent film era and featuring women who are unapologetic about enjoying the moment.

Under the banner: "I am the Power but you too", Custo Barcelona presents a collection with a forceful message of personal affirmation to resist and overcome difficult situations. This new style of dress goes hand in hand with a new awareness and a mantra, I am the Power, to be repeated to summon up one's energy. A sexy and suggestive silhouette combined with a sporty and very contemporary look.

The evolved sweatshirt is a key part of the proposal, with plain colours or colourful patterns or animal prints. Oversized, these are brightened with multicoloured embroidery, patches of bright technical materials and brilliant appliques. These sweatshirts, an inescapable sign of the times, are covered with technical down in transparencies in technical fabrics which are another hallmark of the season. Multi-logo, technical shine and embroidered details decorate these winter garments.

Patterned outfits with large openings to display parts of the body or micro outfits with entirely embroidered parts are novelties of the collection. Multicoloured stripes, pearlescent sheens or technical fabrics are combined in the habitually daring styles from Custo.

Another key to the new collection is the lightweight knitted fabrics with silky smooth or heavier wool embroideries. The combination of technical fabrics defines the graphic image of the collection, displaying the watchwords of a new consciousness: Wake up now. I am the Power, Raise your Vibes.

The palette of colours through which Custo best expresses itself are the luminous, electrically vibrant colours such as red, Yves Klein blue, fuchsia, optical white, ochre, orange and camel. All of these are combined with various nuances of black: intense black, matte black, glossy black or grey black. The metallic sheens are in gold, silver, copper, pink, iridescent blue or laminated transparencies are also used for garments designed to be enjoyed without any apologies.

BIOGRAPHY
Custo Barcelona was created at the start of the 80s by the Dalmau brothers, Custo and David, following a long journey which took them around the world. On their way they discovered not only new horizons but also a huge swathe of artistic, cultural and philosophical influences.

One of the elements that most attracted their attention was the style in California, expressed in the look of the surfers living to the south of the State, as well as the psychodelia of the northern part. The innovative fashion - full of color - that they found there impressed them, especially a style of T-shirts that did not exist in Spain at that point.

Using this as a starting-point, the brand was launched under the name of Custo Line. The Dalmau brothers began to work learning as much as possible about printing techniques and their finishes, placing particular attention on the area of graphic design, with which they felt particularly comfortable. Over time, research into the use of color and prints turned predominantly innovative, bold and sophisticated.

Custo Barcelona could currently be claimed to exist as a style in itself which to a certain extent suggests a particular way of viewing life. A lifestyle that is expressed in collections for men and women.
