WHO'S NEXT Refocuses On Two Events A Year
JANUARY & SEPTEMBER at the Porte de Versailles



The creation of a WHO'S NEXT PREVIEW trade show from 30th June to July 2nd 2006 is suspended for two main reasons:
1. The difficulty to find a place to hold the event in the heart of Paris : the Grand Palais, the Louvre Carrousel and the Palais de Tokyo are not available for private rental by a professional trade show in this period of the year.
2. The double request of buyers: according to a survey we recently carried out among French and International buyers as well as buying offices, most of them would rather come to Paris in the September period, which is more important in terms of number of fashion trade shows.

WHO'S NEXT Strengthens Its September 2006 Session

Outcome of the last February 2006 trade show: United We Stand ! With the development of the women's fashion universes and the refocusing of the urbanwear offer, WHO'S NEXT has given its visitors a clear and complementary vision of its brand selection.

The September 2006 session will be marked by :
1. The confirmation of the upmarket urbanwear offer :
FAST, the trade show's universe of origin will base its brand selection on two main lines: a return to the origins with the presence of leading brands of the urban and skate cultures, as well as the participation of fashionable brands, which are the economic driving-forces of the sector.

2. The development of the trade show's 3 womenswear universes.
FRESH : The laboratory for emerging trends, young talents and conceptual brands.
FAME : The area for womenswear designers, destined for a selective distribution.
PRIVATE : Creative brands that play a key role in women's ready-to-wear: an area designed as a jewel box

3. A joint badge giving access to both WHO'S NEXT & PREMIERE CLASSE trade shows to discover: 520 ready-to-wear collections for WHO'S NEXT and 350 fashion accessory brands for PREMIERE CLASSE.

4. A change of hall :
WHO'S NEXT and PREMIERE CLASSE settle in the Hall 1 of the Porte de Versailles in order to bring together in a same place 870 international womenswear, menswear and urbanwear brands.
