WHO'S NEXT : A CULTURE, A STYLE, A LABELA New Universe and a New Location
|
For 12 years now and twice a year, WHO'S NEXT, the essential trade show for fashion professionals has been presenting carefully selected brands, according to creativity, design and quality criteria. WHO'S NEXT is evolving with the main aim of constantly renewing its supply. It has indeed established itself as a real trend spotter and it now imposes its vision of fashion as well as real state of mind. The trade show also positions itself as a place of expression for all forms of arts, with the participation of talented artists with very different backgrounds and influences. This multiple and dynamic approach contributes greatly to its success. A New Universe and a New Location FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST TO 4TH, WHO'S NEXT LAUNCHES A NEW UNIVERSE CALLED FACE, PUTS FORWARD HIGHLY SPECIALIZED LABELS IN THE FAST AREA, REINFORCES THE SUPPLY IN THE PRIVATE AREA AND IMPROVES THE SELECTION IN THE FAME AND FRESH TO GATHER 600 LEADING INTERNATIONAL BRANDS IN THE WOMENSWEAR AND MENSWEAR MARKETS.
WHO'S NEXT AND PREMIERE CLASSE ARE MOVING !
WHO'S NEXT, 5 UNIVERSES FOR A TRANSVERSAL APPROACH OF THE PRODUCTS WHO'S NEXT's fashion supply is made of 5 complementary creation universes, one of which, FACE, is new and allows refining the supply in the FAST
FACE - THE DENIM : 140 brands - 3 250 square metres of stands for a gross surface
area of 8 000 square metres
FAST - URBAN WEAR : 80 brands - 1 531 square metres of stands for a gross surface area of
4 660 square metres
With the street as backdrop, FAST is the universe dedicated to authentic brands and labels
coming from alternative movements. It is above all the universe for well-informed consumers
who are quite attached to their tribe. They are deeply inspired by musical trends
(hip hop, rap, electro), sports (skateboard, snowboard, surf) and graphic arts
(graffiti,...).
FAME - THE DESIGNERS :
140 brands - 3 200 square metres of stands for a gross surface area of 8 000 square metres. Since its beginnings at the trade show in 2002, FAME has been the favourite universe of the famous designers' brands. The FAME's target is very fashion conscious and concerned about the future trends in fashion. Resolutely upmarket and high-quality products that highlight rigorously worked materials and fine finishing. The distribution network is exclusively made up of multi-brand designers' boutiques and department stores. In September 2006, FAME is opening up to amazing new French brands.
FRESH - THE LAB : 110 brands - 850 square metres of stands for a gross surface area of 1 800 square metres. As a laboratory for emerging trends, young designers and conceptual brands, FRESH supports avantgarde designers. This universe is dedica-ted to daring consumers who keep searching for unique products and novelty. Clothes or accessories are made in limited quantities and crea-ted around a concept. The distribution of these brands is concentrated in specialised outlets, concept stores and small designers' boutiques. For September 2006, FRESH puts great emphasis on German and Scandinavian designers, as well as on lingerie and bathing suits
PRIVATE - COLLECTIONS : 120 brands - 2 800 square metres of stands for a gross surface area of 8 000 square metres With the creation of the PRIVATE area in February 2006, WHO'S NEXT has strengthened its position in leading fashion products. This brand new universe gathers a selection of internationally renowned brands, which are the driving forces of the ready-to-wear industry, as well as small brands with a promising future ahead. Final consumers are looking for fashionable products and the brand name makes them more confident. Marketing and image play a key role in the distribution of these products. In September 2006, the exhibition area of the universe will be twice as big as big as last year. PRIVATE will present a more international selection by welcoming, among others, several Scandinavian, Korean, Italian and Spanish brands.
WHO'S NEXT, AMAZING CATWALK SHOWS WHO'S NEXT catwalk show will give its vision of the Spring-Summer 2007 trends on the FAST catwalk everyday at 0.30 pm with an extra show on Sunday at 5 pm.
